How it works
Simple from drop-off to pickup.
Call or come in
Talk to one of our processors at either location. We will walk you through the cut sheet, timeline, and pricing before you drop off a single animal.
Drop off your animal
Bring your live animal or field-dressed game to the appropriate location. We handle the rest from receiving through USDA inspection.
Choose your cuts
Fill out your cut sheet specifying thickness, portion sizes, packaging format, and any custom smoking or curing requests.
Pick up your order
We will call when your order is ready — vacuum-sealed, labeled, and packed for the freezer. Typical turnaround is 7–14 days depending on volume.
